We have been working hard to work in partnership with Nottinghamshire County Council and

Derby city Council to provide the HAF programme. The Department for Education to secure FREE funded places for children in our local communities in Nottingham and Derby. ​Book on below for HAF spaces only. To book on for paid spaces at the below venues, please book on here.

When does the HAF programme run?

The HAF programme runs in the holiday periods of Easter, Summer and October half terms. In February and May, there is no funding available for benefit relate free school meal children, however, if you are struggling for childcare, you may be interested in Riley's Reasons.

Do I qualify for the HAF programme?

It's simple. We have completely FREE funded spaces for benefit related free school meal children at Easter, Summer and October, in Nottinghamshire and Derbyshire.

How do I book on?

To book on, click the buttons above to take you to the council's booking systems. They process is simple, sign up using your email address, enter all of your children's details, use your unique HAF code. If you are unsure of your HAF code, call 0115 9774 999 for Nottingham (lines open 10am-2pm, Monday to Friday).  No payment will be needed or required at any point. For Derby City Council, book on via your voucher.

What is included?

Once you have booked your child's day(s), this booking includes all provision, themed day activities, breakfast, snacks and lunch for the day. 

What do I need to bring my child with?

Please bring your child with a refillable water bottle and comfy clothing. No denim or jewellery please.
