Reviews from our team
I hated working out but went to Box fit and loved it, a fun way to work out instead of staring at a wall lifting a dumb weight!! Not that it was easy I knew I had worked by the end of it but enjoyed it so will be going twice a week from now on thanks Blayne!

Fantastic class, very motivating instructor (Blayne). I used to do martial arts a few years ago and do a fair bit of running, you get out of it what you put in! I came to the class when it first started and I look forward to the class each week!!
